HARTPURY_UNIVERSITY_ENROLMENT_GUIDE_2026

We’ll send your accommodation allocation on 25 June 2026 and let you know your dedicated move-in time slot. See page 11 for more on moving into Hartpury Campus Halls or Hartpury Gloucester accommodation (Blackfriars). Your Welcome Week Monday 14 - Friday 18 September 2026 You’ll have your academic induction with your Programme Manager, meet your classmates and take part in subject sessions. This will include practical activities, so make sure you bring your kit and equipment (page 3). Find out more about your first week by watching your induction video (page 4). Once you’ve completed your academic induction and made your module choices, you’ll receive your personal timetable by Friday 18 September 2026.

Top-up students If you’re joining us for your top-up year, or the second or third year of a degree, you’ll have an induction session with your Programme Manager and classmates during Welcome Week (14-18 September 2026) and have an opportunity to book a one-to-one tutorial session with your Academic Personal Tutor. We’ll send details via email in July.

Your Freshers’ Week Monday 14 - Friday 18 September 2026

Get your student loan (for UK students only) Monday 21 September 2026 (first week of teaching)

Providing you’ve applied for your loan, the Student Loan Company have approved your application and you’ve successfully completed your online enrolment before 5pm on Thursday 17 September 2026 at the latest, you’ll get your student loan on 21 September 2026. If you enrol after this date, you’ll receive your loan three business days after enrolling. Enrolling online also gives access to course specific information, council tax exception certificates and proof of enrolment for your student bank account, so we recommend you do this as soon as you receive your invitation. Your social spaces When you’re not taking part in course activities or Freshers’ events, there are plenty of spaces to relax. Grab lunch in our new University Learning Hub, SU Loft, Graze student centre, chill out in Legends student bar – which also serves Starbucks – or unwind in cosy cabins in the University Study Lounge.
