NEW OPPORTUNITIES "Coaching theWomen’s Football and Futsal Academy at Hartpury allowed me to gain real-world experience and develop my skills in performance analysis and administration within multi-disciplinary teams. The exceptional learning environment created by the lecturers allows a safe, open forum for discussion to share ideas in a small seminar setting. The willingness of lecturers to build rapport with students, further discuss topics, as well as provide additional support and feedback is fantastic. This invaluable skillset gained at Hartpury will no doubt benefit me as I move into full-time employment at the FA to help support the identification and management of a diverse pool of talent to ensure the best quality and quantity of players are available for England Teams."
