Our 360-hectare rural campus provides an inspiring place to develop your understanding of the natural world. You’ll have access to over 70 animal species in our Animal Collections and equine centre, an abundance of wildlife, our commercial Home Farm, and Agri-Tech Centre, as well as a diverse mix of academic and industry experts, each with their own specialism. If you care about the protection of natural resources, you’ll find everything you need on campus. From developing new innovative ways to protect endangered species to understanding ethics and law to influence new policies, we’ll support you to make a difference to the future of the natural world.

We think outside the box, which means our research has real impact, for example, our students and staff are trialling detection dogs as a new way to help protect hedgehog populations from declining as a result of urbanisation.
