4. Started your Student visa application (if you require one to study in the UK) If you need a visa to study in the UK, you will need to apply for a Student visa to cover your course. If you have not yet started your visa application, you will need to do this as soon as possible. You can start your application once you have paid your deposit, accepted and met all of the conditions of your offer. Go to www.hartpury.ac.uk/studentvisa to watch the video and read our guidance on applying for your visa. 3. Paid your deposit You will need to pay a deposit of 50% of your first-year tuition fees and confirm the payment method for the rest of fees to secure your place at Hartpury. If you have already accepted your offer, you should have already received an invoice from our Finance team with details on how to pay. If you have not received an invoice or have any questions on paying your fees, please contact our Finance team finance@hartpury.ac.uk

5. Book onto your Pre-departure briefing 27 July, 2-3pm (UK time) Join your Pre-departure briefing to

ensure you are fully informed and prepared to travel to Hartpury in September. Book your place now: www.hartpury.ac.uk/pre-departurebriefing
