Once you’ve decided Hartpury College is the right fit for you, you’re all set to apply. We’ve put together this handy timeline to showyouwhat happens next.

We start taking applications in the September before your year of entry. You can apply on our website, visit the course page and click ‘Apply online now’ September onwards – Complete your application form We’ll contact you to invite you to book an interview. After your interview, we’ll be in touch to confirm whether we’re offering you a place* October onwards – Interviews If you live in the local area and have accepted an offer to study with us, apply for transport at www.hartpury.ac.uk/college-transport October onwards – Apply for transport If you're planning to live on campus and have accepted an offer to study with us, apply now at www.hartpury.ac.uk/college-accommodation April – Accommodation bookings open If you're not a British or Irish citizen, you may need a visa. You can start applying for your Student visa six months before your start date. Visit www.hartpury.ac.uk/studentvisa April – Apply for your Student visa This includes important information about #ComingToHartpury2023, including enrolment dates and times, and any documents to prepare June – Receive your enrolment pack When you get your grades, let us know. If you’ve met the terms of your offerwe’ll confirm your place. If you haven’t, we may still be able to offer you a place on an alternative course July/August – Send us your exam results – good luck! Attend your enrolment day (date in your enrolment pack) and join the #HartpuryFamily September – Enrol onto your course* *Subject to achieving the entry requirements for the course.
