Your enrolment is an important part of coming back to Hartpury. Please complete the following steps now, to ensure a smooth transition into your second or third year. Getting ready for enrolment

Additional payments If you’ve been allocated a place in accommodation, livery, or transport, are joining one of our Sports Academies, or would like to become a gym member, there will be some additional costs. • Accommodation and livery If you’ve secured a place in accommodation or livery, you've already paid your deposit and set up your payment plan. You'll receive your payment schedule after you enrol. Sports Academy membership, £120 If you’re already a member, or joining this year, you'll need to pay for membership for the year. This includes training with top-quality coaches, access to our world class facilities, transport, and our Sports Academy Performance Hub. Gym membership, £120 If you’d like membership for our gyms, you’ll need to pay for the year. You must apply for your college transport by 30 July 2023 to secure a place for September. Now Step 1: Set up self-service

You'll have already received an email from us (1 June 2023) about setting up self-service. Please make sure you do this before you leave for the summer, to ensure you're able to get into your Hartpury email. This is where we'll send details about your online enrolment. Step 2: Make your payments There are some fees to pay before you start, including the educational visits fee for all students. • Educational visits fee, £75 Field trips, visits, and external speakers are an important part of your student experience. This fee contributes to the cost of speakers, transport for off-site

visits, and entry to shows, events, museums, competitions, and many other attractions.
