Traveling to enrolment: You’ll need to travel to enrolment yourself. Traveling home: If you’ve been allocated a place, you’ll travel home from your enrolment on the Hartpury bus. Make sure you’ve got your QR code ticket ready via the Zeelo app for the bus driver to scan. If you have any questions, our Transport team will be on-hand and happy to help. You’ll be directed to the Zeelo website to set up your account, browse our routes, find your nearest stop, check the cost, and set up your payment plan. No payment will be taken until the first day of service. Deadline You must apply for your college transport by 27 August 2026. Getting to college If you live near Hartpury and are able to go home each day, we offer a Home-to-College bus service that operates across Gloucestershire, South Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire, and Wiltshire. In addition, we are launching a new Hartpury College shuttle service direct from Gloucester Railway Station to Campus, for students choosing to travel by train. However you wish to travel, it’s important that you apply via Zeelo, choose your ticket option, and set up your payment plan before the deadline on Thursday 27 August 2026. No payments will be taken until the start of term but early booking secures your transport place. In the event that you are no longer coming to Hartpury or no longer require transport, you should contact Zeelo no later than Thursday 3 September 2026 to cancel your place and payment plan.
