Getting to college

If you live near Hartpury and are able to go home each day, we run bus services across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire, Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Wiltshire. If you want to travel on Hartpury transport, it’s important that you apply as soon as possible before your enrolment, pay your £100 deposit (refunded if you don’t receive the results for your course) and set up your payment plan. This will ensure that you have a space in September 2021.

Apply for your transport now Download the forms from our website www.hartpury.ac.uk/college-transport Email your completed forms back to finance@hartpury.ac.uk before you enrol. Follow the link on the transport web page to pay your £100 deposit and set up your payment plan.

During term time, Swanbrook public buses stop on campus. You can get your ticket on the bus. These buses aren’t included in our zone charges. Find out more www.swanbrook.co.uk

Please note, you’ll need to travel to enrolment yourself At your enrolment, if you’ve applied for transport, paid your deposit and set up your payment plan, you’ll have a bus induction. We’ll give you your bus pass and timetable, and show you where to get the bus home.
