Tick your forms off as you complete them: Hartpury College regulations acceptance form – this includes your student code of conduct and safeguarding information. Direct Debit and mandate OR Direct Debit renewal – set up or renew a regular payment to cover things like accommodation. Send these back to us now using the address on the top of the form. We’ve included a page called ‘Payment of your Fees’ which is for your information only. You don't need to send this back to us. Trip consent form – permission to attend course trips.
