Your enrolment FAQs

I’m a residential student, when can I move in? You’ll get the key to your room once you’ve completed your enrolment. Then you’ll be able settle in and get cosy in your new Hartpury home. We’ll run a residential induction for you and your parents, where we’ll talk you through the expectations for residential life at Hartpury. How do I get to my enrolment? You’ll need to travel to and from your enrolment yourself. As part of your enrolment, we’ll explain the process for using Hartpury transport going forwards – if you’ve applied for it. Do my parents / guardians need to come to my enrolment? If you’re under 18 years old, you’ll need to be accompanied by your parent / guardian as there are some forms they’ll need to sign. Can I prepare for my course? Yes! You could do some further reading around the subject you’re studying. You’ll be ready to hit the ground running when you start your course in September.

We intend to run your enrolment across the first two weeks of September (1 – 7 Sept 2020). We’re currently working on our plans, in line with Government advice, to make sure you have the best and safest experience. We’ll be in touch over the summer to confirm your enrolment timetable. In the meantime, we’ve answered some of your most frequently asked questions, below. This should cover everything you need to know right now, but if you do have any Where will my enrolment take place? Your enrolment will take place in the College Learning Centre (CLC) – your library and study space. When you arrive, follow signs from the car park to the CLC. There will be plenty of flags flying to show you where to go. Our students will also be on hand to help you find your way. Transport, Accommodation, IT and Aspire learning support teams, as well as your Students’ Union and course tutors. We’ll get you set up and ready to start your college life as part of our #HartpuryFamily. What happens after I’ve enrolled? We’re making plans for your induction and your learning, in line with evolving Government advice.
