Your forms checklist

Tick your forms off as you complete them: Hartpury College regulations acceptance form – this includes your student code of conduct and safeguarding information. Direct Debit and mandate – set up a regular payment to cover things like accommodation. Send these back to us now using the address on the top of the form. We’ve included a page called ‘Payment of your Fees’ with your Direct Debit forms – this is for your information only. You don’t need to send this back to us. Trip consent form – permission to attend course trips. Work experience consent form – permission to take part in a work placement. Please send your finance forms back to us now. Bring the rest of your completed forms to your enrolment. If you have any issues completing these forms, we can help you at enrolment. We’ll have paper copies available too, in case you don’t have access to a printer. Here’s a checklist of the forms you’ll find on our website. It’s really important that you complete these forms in advance and bring them with you to your enrolment. This will help us to make the process as smooth as possible on the day.
