How long will I have my room? • A-level students - you’ll have your room for 39 weeks to cover the length of your course • Diploma students - you’ll have your room for 37 weeks to cover the length of your course (which is two weeks shorter than for A-levels) • If you’re over 18 and are staying in New Vicarage halls - you’ll have the room for 40 weeks to include the Easter holiday as well What’s included in the price of my room? Your room will be your place to call home. We want you to feel happy and secure, that’s why, as part of the cost, we include: WiFi – stay on top of your studies and keep in touch with family and friends Utilities – focus on your studies without worrying about any additional costs Food – five breakfasts (Monday – Friday) and five main meals which can be taken at either lunchtime or in the evening over a weekly period (Monday – Sunday) Maintenance and communal cleaning, as well as a once-a- week bedroom clean (under 18s only)
