Any new off-site activity effectively implemented, meeting quality and financial expectations. 5. Strong support for the local and regional skills agenda. 6. Contribution to the growth of the local, regional and national skills priorities.

3.1. Develop sector-leading, industry-relevant specialist resources to support high-quality land-based, sport and A-level provision. 3.2. Achieve financial growth and resilience through a targeted approach to local, regional, national, and international recruitment, and mix and balance of provision. 3.3. Contribute to local, regional, and national skills priorities in support of national economic growth and Gloucestershire’s Economic Strategy. 3.4. Strategically continue to develop our well established, industry-aligned curriculum that is focused primarily on sport and land-based specialist provision. 3.5. Continue to work with industry and our employer representative body to review skills needs and alignment of provision.
