Empower, nurture, and support our staff and students to enable them to achieve their potential. 2.3. Enrich the lives of our staff and students by cultivating strong, reciprocal, and meaningful relationships and partnerships within the industries we serve, as well as with our educational and professional partners, parents, and the broader community at local, regional, and national levels. 2.4. Commit to broadening and diversifying our portfolio provision where it is financially viable to do so in support of overall business resilience.
