Our A-level, diploma and Access to HE students have the opportunity to get involved in a whole range of extracurricular activities, specially designed to help them gain valuable life skills and real-world experience. We’ll help you to take advantage of as much as you can while you’re here, so you stand out from the crowd when you’re applying for your dream university place or a job doing what you love. StudyingA-levels Our A-level students have additional time built into their timetable to take part in an enrichment programme. Recently, students have been able to choose from special interest groups, such as dissection, debating or astronomy, a Pre-Vet qualification, subject-specific study or training with our competitive Sports Academies. By honing your skills and challenging yourself to learn new things, you’ll be one step closer to achieving your goals. Studying our diplomas Our diploma and Access to HE students learn inside and outside the classroom. Home to real businesses and world-class facilities, our big rural campus provides plenty of opportunities to put the theory into practice. Add that to your external work experience, and you’ll be developing an impressive CV for university or employment.
