Make your choice

Once you’ve received all of your application decisions and knowwe’re the place for you, make us your Firm choice in UCAS. If your offer is Unconditional – congratulations! You’re #ComingtoHartpury2020.

March 2020 - Book your accommodation

21 March 2020 Start your visa application

5 May 2020 UCAS deadline

You must make your Firm choice in UCAS (if you received all of your decisions by 31 March). If you make us your Firm choice, providing you meet any offer requirements, you’ll have a guaranteed place at Hartpury in September.

Summer 2020 Your results – good luck!

You’ll get your A-level (13 August), BTEC, International Baccalaureate, SQA or City and Guilds exam results. Conditional offer? If you get the results you need, log into UCAS Track and check your place has been confirmed. Unconditional offer? You don’t need to do anything at this point. Your place has already been confirmed.

Yes! You could be eligible to train as an athlete or competitive rider alongside your studies with one of our Sports or Equine Academies. That’s great, there’s load to choose from. Play sport for fun with Hartpury Active, ride with friends in the Equestrian Club, or work up a sweat in our state-of-the-art gym. We offer lots of clubs and societies too. Sign up when you get here, it’s a great way to make friends outside of your course. What about if I want to play or ride for fun? Yes, we offer stabling for 230 horses on campus. You don’t have to bring a horse to ride, though.
