Travelling to and from Hartpury If you live near Hartpury, there are plenty of transport options to and from campus. You may be eligible to travel on a Hartpury bus, if you live on one of our many bus routes.

Byminibus

By public transport

We run daily minibuses that pick students up from across Gloucestershire, Herefordshire and Worcestershire. Routes vary each year depending on demand. Collection points are agreed during the first week of term (September 2021).

During term time, fare-paying public buses stop on or near campus. These buses aren’t included in our zones charges. You can get a ticket on the bus or buy a bus pass from Gloucestershire County Council. You may be eligible for a subsidised bus pass, if you’re aged under 19. Check with your local council.

By coach

- Swanbrook 354 , Gloucester and Churchdown: comes onto campus.

- Stagecoach 351 , Tewkesbury to Gloucester: stops on the A417, near the campus entrance.

We’ll often run coaches on our busiest routes, when we have enough demand. These include: • Cirencester, Stroud, Stonehouse and Quedgeley • Chepstow and the A48 • Ross-on-Wye and Hereford • South Gloucestershire

By car

If you’d like to park on campus, you’ll need to buy a car pass – the cost ranges from free at lower equine to £100 for the main car park. Find out more in Your Enrolment Pack in June 2021.
